Elise T. Palmer is a 1996 graduate of Northeastern University and a 2007 graduate of the Johnson & Wales Culinary School in Providence, RI. 

In addition to Johnson & Wales, Chef Palmer has been cooking professionally for 8 years in Virginia Beach VA, and Meridian MS before returning to Massachusetts. 

Her culinary credits include Opening Night Galas at the Little Theater in Meridian, MS, the Radisson "Bistro" restaurant in Warwick, RI, and the VIP kitchens at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, MA as well as countless parties, graduations, and other events both large and small.
